Retail specialists visit stores to physically audit display material on the sales floor. Digital photographs are taken to record the findings at each visit. Sales floor staff are interviewed to gain a better insight into their issues relating to the delivery, placement and suitability of display material, and the operational issues that can affect performance and durability. We now also provide a new audit service: customer viewpoint audits are an independent, on-site evaluation of the facilities provided and their presentation within any retail environment. This entails the gathering of comprehensive questionnaire data, photographic evidence and interviews with staff. |
