Stage1: Initial meeting with client and their design agency to understand the project's strategic goals. An agreed list of deliverable expectations is compiled
to form the project targets.

Stage2: Budgets are established and agreed. Critical paths and contingencies
are agreed. Suppliers are vetted, costs negotiated and agreed based on a
detailed specification. Surveys are undertaken and a report submitted.

Stage 3: Prototype development is monitored to ensure that both design
integrity and budget are not compromised. Retailer communication channel is established. Prototype unit is installed for in-store evaluation.

Stage 4: Final development to a fully finished display unit, presented in-store
and signed off. Final production specification and costs are agreed. Detailed installation programme is agreed. Post installation maintenance procedure agreed.

Stage5: Production is monitored for quality and time scale. Installation procedure/method training takes place.

Stage 6: Installation. In-store meeting to evaluate finished project. Completion report submitted.
