Both behavioural and attitudinal results are presented in graphical form comprising charts, tables and mappings. If requested, an edited video tape is provided to illustrate the key behavioural patterns that have emerged during the study. Not content with providing data we then apply our retail expertise to make informed recommendations on how to begin to adapt the design to take full advantage of the predominant behavioural patterns of the target shopper groups to achieve increased sales and enhance brand awareness. |
